Well, here I sit, feeling pretty darn good. And sweaty. :) I just got done on the treadmill, even though I didn't think I was gonna work out today (I started out a bit tired after less than 3 hours of sleep last night). I had a little motivation today from a friend and decided to just get moving. I thought I'll just post my stats for my 2 mile runs on here and keep track this way. Hopefully I'll continue to go down in time, not up, but you never know. I might have a bad day, so I'm not gonna kick myself if I do. Just for me getting on and trying, I'm proud of myself.
