Weigh In

Well, I lost but not as much as I'd hoped. I guess I can't have big losses every week. I lost 1.3, so it's not horrible. I've done pretty good all week, but I have eaten more than I have been lately. I'm not kicking myself too much though, cause I still haven't gone on any binges in the 4 weeks I've been doing this. So I'm still really proud of how far I've come. I worked out every single day, 31 days now! That's a huge accomplishment in itself! So I did 18 miles with my WATP workouts, 10.1 miles walking in the evenings and I did the Jillian Michael's workout one day. She is so brutal!!! I'm only 4.4 pounds away from my 10% goal, so I'm getting excited for that! I've managed to stay under 200 for 2 weeks in a row and I've lost for 4 consecutive weeks. So that's good for me too! And the big thing...I'm no longer considered obese!!! Not that I thought I ever was, but my BMI is 29.8 now! It's under 30!!! Woohoo!!! So we'll see how next week goes. I'll be out walking a lot (in fact, I'm heading out here in a few minutes with Kassie in the stroller). Gotta get it all in before it starts getting nasty outside. Although, at the rate I'm going, who knows, maybe I'll start walking in the rain too!
