Well, I had a loss this week. I'm quite happy! I walked last Sunday afternoon, worked out last night (4 mile WATP) & then today after work walked 3.8 miles. I'm a little sore, but it's a good sore. It felt so good to be back out there walking today. I'm really looking forward to the warm weather so I can make this a regular habit again. Let's see if I can break my cycle of gain, loss, gain, loss this next week.
